Vicky is a Chartered Secretary and Fellow of the Chartered Governance Institute.  With a specialism in AIM market compliance, Vicky also draws from a broad career including senior leadership roles in risk assurance, legal services, and operations.

Vicky also holds an MSc in Senior Leadership (Lancaster) and is a Fellow of the Chartered Management institute.
