ITM Service provides full product life-cycle support from the development of the electrolyser system and beyond, combining our aftermarket operations and 24/7 UK remote support centre to ensure the highest service levels
Building on our existing presence in Germany, a new 17,000 sq. ft. Service Centre in Hessen will house all spare parts ensuring a rapid response and the deployment of capability systems to our customers across Europe.
ITM GmbH, our Germany subsidiary, was incorporated in 2011 and firmly positioned the company at the gateway of both the German and central European hydrogen markets. In the ten-plus years since, GmbH subsidiary has continued to rapidly expand and in 2022, was renamed ITM Service.
