Juergen is an experienced executive and former CEO of Linde Engineering and Executive Vice President of Linde plc, where he held senior leadership roles until June 2025. Having joined Linde in 1991, he built a global career across finance, commercial leadership, and engineering management, including executive roles  in Germany, the Czech Republic and in North America. 

Since July 2025, Juergen works as an independent consultant and advisor, supporting companies on strategy, governance, and the execution of complex, capital-intensive projects. He holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the Technical University of Karlsruhe, Germany.
