John commenced his Non-Executive Director role at ITM in October 2025.

John is a Chartered Accountant with significant industry experience in manufacturing, renewable energy, professional services and aerospace. He is currently a Partner at S&W LLP where he provides audit and accounting advisory services to a portfolio of listed and private companies. He is also a member of the Audit Leadership Team as the Head of People. He was previously a Partner at EY LLP and held senior finance roles at Future plc and PwC LLP. He has worked internationally in the US, Hong Kong and New Zealand.

John as worked with a number of fast-growing AIM listed businesses at  Board level and advised in strategy, governance and finance related issues.
